ok im running 20% nitro in my engines. was suggested to run 30% nitro, for more power. Will this damage my engines? Will i have to re-break in the motors? What is the better 30% fuel?

no and no
30% will make more power, it runs cooler believe it or not, and its much easier to tune. Running 30% is better for your motors. Werks, Byrons, OD 30 are all good fuels

Will I have to shim the head? If so how much? The manufacturer suggestes 20%- 30% fuel can be run.

It depends on what engine mostly. Most race .21s do not require it though (at least to my knowledge).

for OS most guys add the included shim. If a motor needs a shim for 30 most mfg's will include it in the box. You can get away with it in all motors some have a little lower deck height though and it will be harder to tune withut the shim

These guys told me the same thing so I tried it and have never looked back. 30 Byrons is all I run now. I run it in everything I own. Even a Trx 3.3 lol
