Honestley for what your doing ANY buggy you buy is going to perform equally. The mbx5r is a great buggy. I dont think you'll see any real gain by running the rc8 on black top. I have the mugen and havent broken ANYTHING.

we have 4 rc8's at my local track seems like they are always fixing something broken on them....I want one but the fact that I have to drop over 100.00 on king headz to keep it going pushes me away

I'd say just keep what you have if all your doing is bashing.
PS - I sent you an e-mail back with pictures of the bag.

IMO Mugen has the best parts quality. I ran Sportwerks before and anytime there was a fix for a weak link on the car poeple used mugen parts for the fix. I switched so now my buggy is ALL mugen and never breaks.
