Digital servo, Truggy??
#1
What would be the best digital servo for my truggy? Either my Mutilator or my Mantis truggy? Without breaking my bank too? LMK what ya'll think, and maybe someone has one they might get rid of?? LMK guy's!

Thanks!

What about the Futaba S9351, sounds like a decent servo? What's the JR cost?

futaba or ace

ACE are great for the money prolly best bang for the buck servos Futabas are a little more expensive but they perform great as well. 9350's for me

I use the Ace 1313 for throttle and it has done very well. 174oz @ .13($75 at Amain)
The Ace 1015 is even better. 201oz @ .10 ($93 at Amain) I dont have this one yet,but I have been told that it will do well with steering.

I have also heard that these numbers are not correct. They have more power then what they say.

Some servos can take that kind of power. It might hurt in the long run. But they have been known to deal with it. While others are not so willing to deal with it.

I think JR's can handle it,I heard of 1-2 more. Its something I would do my homework on before I go an do that though.

i have had no luck with jr servos, hitec 5955 on steering, futaba 9351 for throttle, you will not find a stronger servo than the 5955 for truggy steering.

Cant go wrong with Ace....I've got two 1015's(th/st) in my Mbx5t. Just make sure you have enough "Juice", cause they will drain faster.

The Hitec 5955TG is what I will run on steering on my Matrix TR in like 2 days. I ordered it today. It has 333oz/in and .15 sec. I got it for only 89 at the lhs too.
