My grandfather was telling me an iteresting story about that other week. he was 19 at the time of the attack which shook him out of bed (he was more inland in Honolulu). After the attack, a lot of Japanese were captured and put into concentration camps. The fishing boat my grandfather was on was captured and the whole crew was sent to a camp. He missed this fateful day, because a day earlier he was stabbed in the leg by a sting ray and stayed home from work.
