a very bad vid of my Blitz

I think I'm going to get a vimeo account as the quality looks really bad on youtube. During the week i'm going to try and make an actual fun video. However, it's kind of hard with my camera as it does not auto focus and any small movement is really reflected in the picture. So I have use a tripod for all my shots. I'm using a Nikon D90 dslr and a f/1.4 50mm prime lens. Also the windows movie maker software that comes with vista.
