as my knowledge is limited. less turns = more speed but more current draw
LSP lots of Khz, Werks .28 8 port.
Revo 2.5, TRX 3.3 Engine, Center Diff. Fast and Turns on a dime.

13 turn is faster than a 15 turn

Turns are how many times the wire is wrapped around the armature....Winds, single, double, triple, etc. is how many wires are wrapped together at the same rate.
A single wind has more torque than a double, triple, etc...it spools up faster but has less top end. As example, a triple wind has more top end and less torque because it takes more power to spool up but can maintain that power better once it gets up in RPM. The lower turns (ex: 13T) has more overall power than a higher turn motor (ex: 15T) but also has more amp draw. It'll take a better speed control to operate a lower turn motor as well as better batteries. RECAP: The lower the turn, the more power overall The lower the wind, the more torque

but if you were to buy a good 13 turn motor it would be alot faster then that venom motor.

right on....I could have a hand wound, competition 17T that would blow away ANY venom motor. You get what you pay for.
