Anyone know the needle settings for a Picco P3 .26??
This thing will not start. Changed out the OWB added a P/S
I've changed the plug...eveything checks out. Messed with the needles...
It will not even sputter...seems tight w/ decent compression...
Everything seems fine, just can't get it to start.

Take the glow plug out and put it to your ignitor see if it glows.
Then see if its fluding, take glow plug out and give it a few good tugs.
Check if your fuel lines are cloged. Prime the engine and watch if fuel is going to the engine.

Glow plug lights up instantly, all lines are fresh and primed, it's not flooded and igniter is fully charged....still nothing.
Any other suggestions?

I think it may be something in the carb.
