FYI I think you need the rear brake kit when you get that.

I think the center diff kit comes with the FOC. Since you can't run reverse with it, it would make sense to just include it, so the comsumer doesn't have to buy both.

The rear brake is highly recommended, but prolly not needed to make the center diff work. You'll just lose your rear brakes when you install it.

So yeah, buy the rear brakes. Without them driving sucks majorly.

Make sure you also get the 3.3 revo chassis. It has all the cutouts required for the rear brake. Also, to add the brakes, you'll need the tranny case design for the rear brake.

That's what I hate- To install the center diff, you have to buy like 3 different things. I'm just going to dremel my chassis to fit the rear brake, screw buying a new one lol.

You still new a new tranny case. The stocker isn't designed to attach a rear brake to it.

To make the center diff work you need

5417- rear brakes
5418- rear linkage
5322x - traxxas extended chassis
5414- center diff
5391x- new trans case

traxxas thrasher OWNS a 3.3 revo (check his sig), all he needs is a center diff, rear brakes are recomended as well. The center diff takes the place of the FOC shaft if I'm not mistaken. you don't need a FOC to run a center diff, I could be wrong though. You do however have to remove reverse

lol, didn't even notice in his sig that he already had a 3.3 revo.

In that case, you already the chassis, and tranny case. You can just drop the center diff right in. You won't have rear brakes, but the tranny will work just fine. No need for a FOC kit.
