Mayhem steering servo
#1
The stock steering servo acts alot like a maxx, has trouble turning from a dead stop, it works fine while the buggy is rolling. I'm just curious how that will effect turning on a track.

That will not affect handling on a track. The Mayhem steers great on the track. If you want, you can tighten the servo saver a little. On the right side steering post, there is a threaded collar, that is how you tighten or loosen the steering servo saver.

I forget if I had a JR 590 servo on that, or a Hitec 645 for steering, but either one is fine.

I've got a hitec 645 on my pede, I wonder if I should swap them, I'm sure the Mayhem servo has to be much stronger than a stock pede.

The 590 JR servo is 80 oz, which is good for a buggy, but the Hitec would be a little stronger.
