I drove chris's and it was really fun, feels "1/8 SCALE" and handles really good. Seemed alot easier to drive than the 1/10 scales

saturday sounds good.. what time? 11am? just practice correct? I've yet to make the trip to LHR, so not really sure what to expect. I just finished some last minute mods on the car during my lunch break (at work now), and all I've got left is to paint the body, and charge the packs.

that is an 1/8 on-road nitro converted to elec. Nick is good for doing that. Then he propells them to 60mph+ in about 2 seconds with whatever sick ass BL system he has for the moment...haha

motor's a Neu 1512/2.5d (2000kv, 2500 peak watts (~3.25HP))
the plan was to have lipos by now, but I found a good deal on an older iBook, and couldn't pass it up, so I won't have lipo's for another month or so.
what cars are you guys running? Landmax's and the like?
when will racing season start next year, and any chance for me to run this thing?

Wow
Thought it would be heavier. What are the battery holders made out of? That's what makes it look heavy.

Yep, Nick made this insane car. I have been working with him all the way through this project, and the first proto didnt turn out good with a few weak links, so he went and redesigned the whole center section as 1 piece(against what I though he should do due to weight/money, but it turned out fine)and it looks insane.
He is pushing 3.25HP in a 6lb car...I cant wait to see this thing in action.
Nick has had some other insane BL vehicles, but this has topped all of them. If anyone is interested in buying a BL conversion kit, let us know
I can't wait to see how this body came out LOL!!!!!!!!!
P.S. I hope your not planning on smoking all 3 of those packs in one day!LOL
Peace
