I used to run 30k front and 10k rear in mine. I always placed top 5 at the trophy races with mine, even nailed a TQ once.
I agree with casketman, when I have first opened mine up, they looked like they were filled with a little grease and that's it.
It may seem like alot of work to take them out, but you'll get used to it .
