Wasp engines get a thumbs down from me too. I've never seen one run reliably. Neat ideas but as was said many of the top engines out there have epoxy balanced cranks with fill in the crank to point the air smootly into the engine. The other stuff sounds like a gimmick though. Come on slots on the crank holding fuel air and pushing them through a port in the case and into the rear bearing. no way I see that really working.
reminds me though Orion did this same thing with their brushed electric motors.. the Revolution series. They had a cool vid and everyhitng too but in the end they didn't have much to offer over the standard endbell motors.
