is that a wasp .28 or .26? the .28 uses a turbo glow plug that is what your using?standard plugs are used on the .26
i had more then enough wasps to know that they are tempermental, check your idle set screw when you brakes applied while idling, and you glow plug should be a med, i found this to be the best epescially the ofna med turbo plug works great with fuels from 25% to 40% i use 25 and 30% fuels and they are set 2 turns in on low and med screws, but these engines are tricky when it comes to tuning,,
try tuning while on a box hitting the throttle every now and then the after you get get where it kicks good set it down on the ground hold front tires down and crank the throttle to see if your bogging ,your trying to get the engine to recognize the back pressures from the drivetrain, run it moderatly in a small area in quick bursts again the engine needs to feel the weight of the truck on it,
this works for me i do this for about 3 tanks constantly checking temps as you adjust the needles these engines are at home in the 280-300 degree range mine are hitting 289-295 range and are wheeling on a dime i still get lots of smoke and a good oil drip
all else fails maybe i can meet you to help this out in person
