1/8 buggy diff tuning ???s

Definitely clean out all that grease and get yourself some diff fluid.

What buggy and engine are you running.

A good combo is a 5/7/2. That is a good starting point and you can adjust from there.
A friend will help you move, but a REAL friend will help you move a body.
