I have to disagree with you Bio... There are only a couple people who complain about the avatars, so it would be more unfair to the majority to "regulate" the avatars. Just like in everything else, a few people complain about something, and want everyone else to suffer. As long as the avatars don't contain full nudity, profanity, sexual acts, etc. they shouldn't be an issue. If you want a forum that is regulated by powermad moderators, who will issue warning points for "Racey" avatars, mentioning "Beverages" or talking about products the Mod doesn't like, join the Traxxas forums.
If someone doesn't like what's on TV, they change the channel. If they don't like the avatars that people put up, turn them off... I have a 14 year old son who frequents the boards, and I have NOT YET seen an avatar on this forum that I would consider unsuitable.
The real issue here, is the immaturity that is shown on the boards, NOT what someone has as an avatar. The mods here do a good job of keeping the content under control. Yes, there is an issue with off topic posting, occasional spamming, people joining JUST to try to sell something never to be heard from again, but overall, if language gets out of hand, it does get addressed.

I'll keep my God, my freedom, my guns, and my money. You can keep "THE CHANGE."
