Gotta love it when the "Inconsistent pitching" (Sorry Rocco) of the white sox pulls out a victory like tonight. DAMN, that Jenks can throw.... Striking guys out with 100 MPH fastballs, and 95+ MPH breaking balls... That boy can throw... WOW!!!!!!!! Go Sox.... 3 more wins (I'm sure the series will go 6-7 games, thanks to the "Advertising money")

Unfortunately, I hate to say it, but it seems like the advertising execs have WAY TOO much pull in the final series'... When is the last time in a MAJOR sport (Unfortunately, Hockey still doesn't have the fan base to count here) that a series has been won in less than 6 games????? Seems like the Advertising execs have too much to lose in a sweep situation. LET THEM PLAY!!! May the best team win, regardless of if it takes 4 or seven games, let us see who deserves it most.

Oh the pitch staff has definatley pitch the way they should of have all season. But somehow they are all clicking right now. I mean the bullpen hasn't pitched in 12 days, and they came in, I mean yeah neal cotts allowed Berkman a hit, but he was able to keep it 4-3 for Bobby Jenks(I love the way ozzie calls for him from the pen). Then Jenks strikes out Bagwell to end the threat. The comes back in the ninth and get the out and them strikes out the rest. I just hope that they can keep that up, then this will be a short series.

Well as for the possibly of a sweep, it is there, I mean the Red Sox sweeped the Cards last year, so I think it could happen again. I mean Fox is getting the most of it, I mean they have there stupid comericals for there show while a batrer is getting to hit, or a pitcher is getting ready to throw a pitch. (that burb in the corner that says "Prision Break Monday at 7/8e" or after some hits that stupid little "aol" guy hitting a ball. So even if the series is a sweep the net execs. have already made there money. Plus a full seven game series would hurt the ratings, and postpone Fox's great line up like the OC(being scarastic). They only thing I like about fox is their coverage of sports (baseball and football), and The Simpsons, Family Guy, and Fox News (which is a totaly different channel).

ok first off i hate the sox(do hope they win though :puke: ) this series will go all the way there will be no sweep. i say this because both teams are not going to give up. it comes down to homefield advantage!



btw anyone else see the guy reaching for the ball, forgot what inning but it was right down the line and the fan reached for it, sox have the bartman(sp) idiots too!
