Just noticed the fuel tank cut out... is that clear...or cut out? Can't tell. Here is what it should look like.



Hoping it's just not painted and is just clear? Cuz I'm a little worried about the body post holes will tear thru being that close?

Sure am worried if it is.... this is a 12lbs truck... think that will take one good flip to pull/tear the body post thru the shell.

Sorry Mike... keeping good thoughts here... just concerned. Is there enough room to ream the post holes?

ah f**k sorry dude there looks like there will be enough room. and i think with those spacers u use it will be ok if its a huge problem, we can work sumthing. I wish i woulda known u just wanted the bottom cut, no big deal sorry again about that

Anyways... didn't know you were not clear how those Losi racer bodys are cut. My bad just as much. When I cut the for the wing... doesn't look like there will be enough support between the holes?

it looks like u are using little washers underneath the body clips lol i guess not.

Ya dude i have never seen a LST body cut out all the way. Only paint a couple for Dave Kingston, but he just cut them himself. The reason i cut that part out was, there are two lines, one at the top (where i cut) and one at the bottom, looks like i guessed wrong.

Airbrush demo went well today, wish a ffew more guys would have shown up, Thanks to Jack B for helping me out with everything, Im not a good public speaker lol. If we have another one of these in the future, do u guys think u would attend?

Oh and Eric, i brought ur body with me today and the guys there loved it! i think it looks really sweet too

Any way you could bond in another piece of plastic to get the support you need? Mayber someone has a wrecked bod that has that piece useable?

anyone whose body i have it is masked off. i masked 17 today lol and i have about 7 in my room ready to be drawn on. Joe i am working on yours now. what do u think of doing some marble effect in the blue with a pearl blue and a darker blue, or do u just want it dark blue like the helmets? I even incorporated the orange thing on the bakc of the helmets into it, I am gonna do orange and white flames with a white outline as well.

Mike I will talk to the LSP pros at the track tomorrow... errr... today and see what bodies they reccomend. Then I will get you one. I will definitely attend a demo as long as I know about 2 weeks ahead of time to request it off. It was too late by the time I knew about this one.
