Quote:Is there heat in the pit area and overflow area? Yes, there is heat in the pit area. Not sure if the overflow area has any permanant heat in there though. Maybe Slim can help with that one. Worst case senario, I can drag a torpedo heater along if it looks like we might need it. Slim? Yo.......... SLIM! Slap that grin of yer face.........enough gloatin already  Raced there again today. The track was F A S T Earlier in this thread when asked about lap times Slim said................. Quote:usually 19 for fastguys 20~ for others So Slim ole buddy............looks like you ran fast enough with your 18's to bump yourself right out of YOUR 2 categories above (fastguys and "others") :p: Does that now make you one of the other "others"? Or just a faster 'fastguy'? Either way Congrats on some awful fast wheelin :joy: :joy: Even on bad days, blowin up motors, hittin walls full bore at the end of the straight, losin a wheel 29 minutes into a 30 minute main while in the lead, Newberrys seems to ALWAYS be the place to go to race and HAVE FUN! Hope to meet some of you guys out there next week
11-28-2005, 07:55 AM
the heat in the pits come from heated water pipes in the floor... 55 feet deep they go.
the whole work shop is heated the same. and it will only be people he knows that get pushed into the shop. faster fast guy?? naw just got lucky to get some clean wheelin in. ed had some low 19's so hes in with the cool crowd. lol. were gonna have to watch out for ed....hes looks REAL good on the track.

Well, technically, I still have the factory traxxas AM radio, but I just can't bring myself to reinstalling it LOL. No EPA adjustments sucks. I may install it tomorrow just to see if I get full steer/brake/gas movements, well, at least enough to race with. We'll see.
11-30-2005, 08:15 PM
Tune, if you want, I'll let you use my M8. You gotta come and get it or I can meet you at AL's. Just so long as you take care of it, I'll let you use it.
