ok im still having the same problems just not as bad. i ruled out the lsn cause i did the pinch test and it dies out around 2-3 seconds. so could it be my idle? if so what should i do. i kno there is a certain mm that it has to be but i cant realli eyeball millimeters and i cant measure it with anything. any help will be appreciated.

Sounds to me like the truck is too lean. This is what I would do: Richen the HSN until the truck is noticably slow (really slow) then gradually lean the HSN from there in 1hr increments until your power comes back.
If it's lean..... richen it
If it's rich....lean it!
That's what I do to make it run good.

I will get pics up of my progress tomorrow... I have some silicone drying. I did the single servo conversion, got the teckno throttle servo mount, and shaved the reciever box... a lot. I took off the roll hoop and cut off the front 1/3 of my Ti skid. I moved some crap around and it looks a lot lighter and cleaner than before. (My wing is a tad crooked but for a total of $18 I am very happy....)

since ive been hearing alot about the os 18tm and there short motor life would it be better to buy a new p/s for the trx 2.5r and get it modded or get it modded right now (aprox. 4 gals on it.)

Honestly I would do the motor swap or buy one of e-bay so that you have a brand new one to get modded. Then just save yours as a backup. It would be just a tad more expensive...

That I don't know... but wouldn't that all be close to the price of the motor swap or a new one on the bay??

umm if you get a super steal you can find the p/s for $50 shipped and idk how much the crank costs definately less than the trade in or a new one on ebay tho

I used run the os .18's and there fantastic motors while they last. But because you can only get about 3 gallons im going back to the 2.5r. That motor rips as well and is an awesome motor for just being a .15

That XTM .18 is a nice cheap upgrade for the Revo. Jesse Wolkenheim was running it saturday and the thing rips. He told me that it had a good power band. Little weak on the low but nice top end. Can't beat it for 60 bones.

I hear mixed reviews about the TZ. Mich and Satoch both ran TZ's for abit and would better answer your questions about them.

For me all it had over a tm was slightly more top end. Definatly get rid of the rotary carb because the engine has a hard time idling. In order to make it work you need to do a lot of work like moving the trans forward, making your own linkage, buy a 1/8th clutch to get best results with the motor. Il personally never run a tz in my revo again. A lot of work for very little results.

Hey guys, I'm messing with my M11 and was wondering if the only way to activate reverse is with the dial? If so, then I can assume it's safe to remove the optidrive since switching into reverse is no longer as easy as tapping a button.

A lot of people don't use the sensor and just wait for it to come to a complete stop. I did a FOC so I don't need to worry about it at all...

I already picked up the FOC in the event I decide to get rid of reverse. For what I do with the truck I'm not ready to go the whole racer setup and reverse is handy when backyard bashing. I do think I will remove the optidrive tonight and leave reverse set with the dial.

I may pick them up when Al's gets them. Depends on cash availability at the time. Gabe I can see you needing them. With that power any length will help...
