Nice pics. Thanks rob. And yeah mich... my revo lasted the longest. :-) I landed on the lid quite a few times too and countless in the tree. Takes a beating if you land on more than one tire at a time. If you land on one... turnbuckle snaps. Learned that last week.

[QUOTE=RobH... Squirrel and freeride were overheating their motors like crazy, ......[/QUOTE]
Didn't he just get a temp gun? Maybe he needs a screwdriver to go along with it????
And, are we trying to jump that double going the wrong way? It's gotta be easier going North to South (downhill).

im not good with directions, but the way everyone was jumping it is far easier. With no front wheel drive and a diff with barely any life on it, my supermaxx cleared it at least 4 times on saturday, and I was overshooting the landing jump on the previous sunday when my rear diff was working fine and the front was barely working.
Due to the loose dirt on the landing jump, going the other way just isnt possible at this time, I tried it on sunday with Tex, and I wasn't even close to clearing it. Maybe after some RCs and bikes go over it, the dirt will be packed down enough to jump it the other way.

yeah... we were doing it the only way. On landing I couldn't get enough speed to clear both though.
As for tommy... he just can't tune. Not if his life depended on it. I forsee a 500 degree with whatever motor he gets next...

No because we are jumping it from the landing to the lip (ramp). If you tried jumping from the lip to the landing you would get a lot higher, and not go as far.

I was just picturing how a BMX'er would make it...

But the bmx'er also has speed from the first jump. If there is a way we can clear the first jump perfectly then we can do it the way you said.

if i get the motor i want there will be no way in hell that thing would hit even 300!! not gonna drop $300 plus on a motor and not take care of it! plus when i rebuild the PICCO/OMEGA .21 i will be taking better care of it!
