Switched to 1 servo, JR650. Moved that left, and ziptied my pack on the right. Put the receiver where the battery was, pushed to the right, and put a switch that I found laying around on the left. Then I cut off the rest of the top of the box. Looks great, just not sure why exactaly I did this right before it snows out lol....
when the revo first came out a lot of guys were mounting a rustler tank on the other side of the truck said it was easier to fill, and the tune didnt change as the level in the tank changed

Nice truck!! I was going to do the same thing, here is a pic what steve sladdin has on the traxxas website. I think he put some kind of a cover on the reciever. Take a look at the pic.
i did the same thing, but i zip tied the rx to the top of the batt. this keeps it away from the fuel.
then you can get rid of the rest of the box
