Just wanted to introduce myself
#1
As the title says

My name is Brian I'm 25 married with a little girl and a little one on the way not far enough along to know what it is yet. But I'm currently getting ready to get out of the military after a good run of 5 years. I was a tank mechanic and loved every minute of it. As for racing go's I've been racing seriously for about 3 years now after a 6 year break from it, I'm gonna race at Leisure hours as soon as the track opens for business.

As far as cars that I run I have a MF2 that I run in mod class, a CRT that I have yet to run and a CRC 3.2R and looking at getting another Jammin X1 Pro befor I make the move back to good old CHICAGO (West suburbs)

Again I just wanted to introduce myself and say hi and that the forums look good and I hope to contribute something to them that will be able to help some of you out one day.

Brian

there is a good mix of both on this board bashers and racers alike. It keeps things diverse.

six is correct. There is a good mix of bashers and racers here. The last time we organized a bash there were 50 people who filled the sign up sheet and it was during the fall (10/29/05).

This winter we'll be organizing a race at the track for trophies, then we'll see what kind of draw we'll have for a racing event. Smile

Welcome. I mostly bash but will be racing. I recently picked up a Revo that is slowly undergoing the transformation to full titanium and carbon fiber with an OS .18 TM. Once that is complete it will be mostly a racer as Leisure hours will be done and open for a while. Pluss I will destroy less parts.

We were getting together almost every weekend for the last month or so but with it getting so cold now that will probably stop. Parts get brittle and break. (I know first hand) I plan on seeing you out at LH though...

welcome to the boards. Theres a pretty even mix of racers and bashers here. Some people do both while others just stick to one. I would say off hand in a split second i can think of a dozen racers easy.

Thanks for the welcomeing guys, I hope to be able to meet up with some of you in the near future after the Holidays. I might even get something just to bash with if there are some cool spots.
