what i am sayin is u will end up upgradin everything on it anyway that u get special with the pro. I dont think the ring and pinion gears are different from pro to standard as a ton of guys have demolished both kinds. all the Alum. stuff needs to be upgraded to khz stuff anyway for the most part

The diff gears are different, internals are hardened on the pro and the ring and pinion are heli cut on the pro

The motor ain't bad from what I've read on forums. I've seen a few in person also and they seem to run good and rip pretty fast.
