I'll be there between 1 and 1:30. Hopefully that's when some of the practicers are leaving and I can get a decent pit spot.

Any tips on pitting??? I am hoping to be bringing someone to pit for me (heck it may even be my GF) but chances are they haven't pitted before. About when do you pit... (I know it varries with motors), and tips for the pit person, etc. Thanks.

ask someone there to pit for you. You want to pit in the 5-8 min range most of the time.

I-55 south to Arsenal Road exit.
Arsenal Road east to Millsdale Road (just after the RR tracks).
Left (North) on Millsdale.
About a mile, then Millsdale does a little RH jog near a chemical plant entrance, so hang right, then a little ways(about 1/4 mile) you have to go left again to stay on Millsdale north, for about 1/2 mile. Then it takes a sharp turn to the east. ABout 1/4 mile to Vetter Road.
Vetter Road is on the left. Turn left (North) and go about a mile to Schwitzer, turn left and you are there.

All I can say is that the race was amazing and I am completely hooked. I got to talk to a lot of awesome people, learned quite a bit about car setup and control, won the B-main and transfered to the a-main, after having an idle problem (which both my pit guy and I thought was the plug and then the clutch) I went from running 6th in the A-main to finishing 10th. Well at least I got a trophy (first for team triple threat) and not bad for my first race ever. I had a blast guys... Way to go Gabe on the first place qualifier for standard MT and Czech... You're my idle dude. Great night. (I left the parking lot at 2:15 AM Hehe)
And a HUGE thanks to Ryan who pitted for me (I think he was from St Louis??) Did a great job calming me down a bit, helping me with the major tuning issues in the A and over-all support. (Now I need to find out what forum you are on...) :joy: :joy: :joy: :joy:

Yesterday was definately a LOOOOONG day! It was worth it though. I finished 4th in MT and took home my biggest trohpy (now totalling 3). 3rd place was only 9 seconds ahead . A well, on the brightside, I finally finished a 20 main without flaming out, braking, or any other problems.
Congrats to all the winners last night!

Great time yesterday !!!!!!! =) Thanks to Rocco, John and Geroge for making the race happen. Thanks to Bernie and crew for yet another smooth flowing race day.
I think there were 141 entries ? Not bad at all.
Man I love driving that LSP. Feels good on the track. qualified 6th in the UMT A-main and finished 11th due to some engine issues.
