I thought I just saw somebody is making a 14mm hex adapter that sizes up to 17mm so you can run buggy wheels on std MT hubs. I look around for what I think I saw/read.
But now for the stupid question....do race rules allow buggy wheels on std MT's for racing?

The answer is no Dave. Panther LP's are even banned at some tracks.

the panther lp's are super low profile. the bring them down almost to buggy size. that is why they are banned sometimes.

Lp's are bigger than 1/8th scale and also fit on MT rims.

I believe the axle pin on the LSP is thinker than the Traxxas one. Or it might actually be longer. I know that my Alum traxxas hexes wouldnt fit on the LSP for some reason.
