I was wondering if any of you know where I can order up some numbers for the 1/8th scale wing and who can do custome stuff so I can get some made for the CRT?
I looked at Max Speed but I dont think I wanna spend 145.00 on stickers

max speed is the only place to get them from. Just call them up and tell them what you want and how many sheets and you will only pay for each sheet. I think online they only sell a dozen sheets at a time so its the most expensive

Max speed wing stickers are I think $17 bucks for 5 sets of wing stickers. I will double check. But you must get your number confirmed if you are going to run in the RCPS.
what you where looking at where event wing stickers, where you get a ton of different stickers for a race.
Call or email max speed, I know I paid 15.95 last year but I think they went up to around $17 or so for the wings. You also must tell them what type of wing you are using, because they will make the sticker fit your brand of wing.

Thanks for the input guys I'll have to give him a call after the New Year and set something up. I got my number reserved so now I just need some engines, LOTS OF PRACTICE and for it to be time to race.

buggies are required to have the number on the wing. For mt's they dont need to be but everyone does it anyway. For mt's they just need it to be in a visible spot on the body

Design your own and take the disc to any local digital print shop. They can make your stickers for $25 or less. I sold decals for 12 years.

George, then why the dig? You're always one of the first to make some kind of petty dig.

not digging dude, you have to admit you have done alot of different things in your life, and that is good and its your life. Its just funny how it seems you have done a little of everything, you ever here the "term Jack of all trades".

I guess I have a short attention span and multi-task? LOL!!!
Actually, I was just one of those kids who tried a lot of different things and have just never stopped. I always thought it was a good thing. I am familiar with the term "Jack of of all trades" however the down side of that phrase is "master of none". And I've been fortunate enough to have come close enough to mastering several professions that I've got 6 patents in three industries and working on my 6th in a forth. Not bad for a guy who didn't finish college IMO.

On the sticker issue, has anyone tried the Do It Yourself stickers I saw at Al's Hobbies? That way you can print them out on your printer and then laminate them with a clear film. They just get trashed anyways.

I run all his decals that stuff rocks, its not like that cheesy vinyl crap that gets washed off by fuel. Mine last me the life of the body
