ya it was sweet, I was in third for the first 4 minutes or so, then the numbness of my fingers kicked in and I couldnt tell if i was hitting the gas or the brake lol, why doesnt bernie have the heat on as high during racing as in practice? or was it just THAT cold out?

I was so excited to be holding Sonny off for the amount of time that I did, he only pitted once and between me and him it came down to a drag race to the line he only got me by .164 s and im runnin a vspec, i dunno how the hell he beat me with that vo1b.

My car was so damn loose in that race LOL

Man Mike, your TTR looked bad ass during your 3rd heat. Alot of peeps were making comments about it.


Sure it looked good during your other heats, but I only saw the one. =)

I was way to tired to make it out again. Sounded like a good time though. I have noticed my hand getting cold as hell when racing too. I am thinking of running a thin glove and hand warmer but I don't know if I will still be able to feel the throttle....

Racing was fun today. Not crowded at all. I made it home by 5:30 and was able to run 3 classes.

That was you that the announcer guy was always saying he is giving Kevin extra time becuase he is in 3 classes?

RCDad, I didn't realize you were there! Ryan and I were there running the Revo. I met a bunch of guys, but we were super busy from 10:40 - 11:00am fixing broken arms before the first race. Sorry we missed you and the family!

I also tried the video...got audio but no video...how big is the file? Can you email it out if I get you my addy?

Around 10:45-10:50 I started packing up so I probably missed you. It's about 12 mb, it was originally in .mov format and I convereted it, maybe that is the problem. I'll have to try some other format.

Yep, we never once had John announcing for us to return our loaners to the rack One less thing to think about/check on. I know I'll see you and your buds there again! I'm a racing junkie after one day. Now my son gets his turn! Let's see, I better get spare parts.......

Yeah... having my own transponder probably relieved a lot of stress and problems on race day. It worked perfect too. I dremeled 2 little spots out of my reciever box and just ran it upside down. Dave now that you and I are both hooked on racing we need to race. Hehe... since we are both pretty much stock and have only raced once each it would probably be pretty fair.

No, you would win....younger reflexes and all....besides, when I fall behind I cheat and ram people!!!! It's amazing what you can get away with if you put Student Driver on your truck..and nobody gets mad! I'm only keeeeding. I'm sure we will end up racing together one of these days!

Practice is for racers only. I have too many that come practice. leave and don't pay. It not fair for the guys there to race to have other people in their way.

I didn't know that satoch, mx kevin, chitownracerlst were there. I was the one with the bright yellow body that was on it's lid most of the time. LOL I am glad I somewhat fixed my steering.
