i was doing pretty good for the most part but then i couldnt keep my engine running and i went through 2 plugs :mad: im pretty sure it was tuning issues. i ended up last. didnt get to finish the b-main.

I ran a 33.2 in the main but i know in quals i had a 31

At the end of the straight, you'll see 2 strips of checkered flag looking tape about 5-6 feet high each. In between those to lines is the loop (it's underground). .
Checking in simpy means the computer has acknowledge your truck. He lets everyone know if they're checked in or not before the race. If you don't hear your name and you're using a house transponder, pull the truck into the pits quickly and make sure you didn't forget it and that it's the correct one. If I remember correctly, on the race sheets, the car # your are is also the transponder you should be using for that race. I have yet to run a 31sec lap . Lots of 32-34 though. I prolly could run a 31, but I drive very conservative. I hate crashing and giving myself 42sec lap times as a result.

27.658 for me looks like my aavg is 28's for the most part.

31.104 was my fastest, I did 10 laps in one of my heats at the trophy race (the only one at the trophy race to do that in SMT). The dude that did a 28 with his revo DEFINITELY cut the course somewhere.

His truck died for 3 mins in the A Main or he prolly would of been #1.....

Tex was laying it down that day with a TQ nice job tex. He would of for sure came in the top 3 if he didnt break.

the "officials" didn't know he was running it. It was hidden in the tranny case (as they all are(CDs in revos), not really hidden because they fit in there fine)
I asked him if he should be with the UMTs and he said no because his motor is more than 1.5 inches off the ground with suspension fully compressed. I personally don't care if people run a CD in a revo as long as they aren't dominating because of it.

Nobody cares what roar says anymore. Pro series is where its at.
As for it being legal or illegal i think i remember it being a loop hole in the current rules. Since the truck has a transmission it still a standard MT

A center diff is what seperates mt from umt, so yes he should be in umt class.

Yeah, but it still has a tranny.... The cen genisis comes that way from the factory! ( yes it too has a 3 speed tranny and a center diff!) Its a Standard MT also.

Well it's legal in Pro Series too. There are many things that seperate the two, a center diff isn't one of them.
