When we have the cash! Trust me after last night at leisure, I see the value of a starter box. I will get one once I have a budget for it.

you cant use a starter box on a t-maxx unless your thinking of a tiger drive that is started by a drill?

I haven't seen an experienced guy YET that would tell someone to get a Starter Box for a T-Maxx. It would show their lack of knowledge INSTANTLY.

I know there is electricity under the drivers stand, becuase there are shop lights, but are there outlets for 110vac on the tables down there? And if so, why doesn't someone come up with a 110vac powered box for use indoors? Or have they already?

I think I have seen something like that. It wouldn't be hard to do. A simple transformer to convert 120 Vac to 12 Vdc would be all you'd need. You could get a plug in transformer, and route the wires into the Starter box, or some have the jacks on the outside, that you could plug into. That would be a good "Temporary" option, meaning you would still have the ablilty to swich between AC and DC power. Another option would be to buy a seperate transformer, and mount it inside the starter box, in place of the battery. That would be a more permanant set-up.

I saw someone plug in their starter box out there but I think it was just recharging between uses. I use the plugs for my hair dryer.

Hey, if anybody wants that starter that rcdad posted, I have the silver thing with the wheel on the end. I'll take reasonable offers, never used.

naw, it's mostly changed up now. The section that is the same, you go the opposite direction on the track. Looks fun, I haven't tried it yet.

That back straight was fun and hard at the same time. I wall rided a couple of times cause I had a hard time judging my side to side movement. I also smacked the wall coming out of that straight a couple of times because I broke to late for the turn. It was fun though, I almost killed myself on one of those tube hoop thingys that hold the tubes in place trying to shag somebodies truck.
