any know the nipple size for the exhaust hose on the mentioned exhaust?
I have already cut together a header to fit a side exhaust but I need the nip!

I believe that on the MIP pipes, the pressure line just fits in the hole in the exhaust. I had a MIP exhaust on the MAX, which was that way.

Only put about 1/2" of the pressure line in. Gabe was having problems with the TC3 with the same type of exhaust setup, till he realized there was too much pressure line in the exhaust.

My pipe on my RC10GT just has a hole in it. I dont know made the pipe but I have wondered if I could just find a small brass threaded nipple to screw in there.

same here my rc10gt has the same pipe.
The worst dirtbiker is always one step ahead of even the best quad rider....

You can put a brass fitting in there but the problem I found was that the existing hole was too big for the fittings to thread into.

Yeah, I tried to find one the right size, but with no luck. The one's with the right size nipple had too small of a threaded part, the one's with a big enough threaded part had too big of nipple and the threaded part was too long...
