I hear that, I bought a revo from ip42800t on the ue boards as a roller for 200 shipped. I realized that it would cost me alot to get it running, sold it on ebay for 245 shipped

You could Ebay it...or ...since you got it for such a good price, just hang on to it for a while until you really know you won't use it. $250 was a deal and you shouldn't have any trouble getting that back when you decide to sell it.
