Tex Wrote:thenewguy has a grill that folds up that he always brings. Hopefully he still has it!
You know it.... That thing has lasted through tons of use and abuse (HUGE campfires at previous Camp Maxx's).
I may have a nice flouresent light we could hang from a tree.
Gotta see if I can borrow my cousin's tent (Preferably one that doesn't leak). lol
I may bring a portable DVD player and the Family Guy DVD's
and of course the MP3 player.
Bottled and Squirrel, what kind of music do you guys like? If I don't have something, I can DL it before the trip, for the drive down.

Tommy has the old SMRC ramp that Bill and I made...
I know about where Tex lives, it's been a while since I've been there.
Tommy, Will it be ok for me to leave my car at your place for the weekend? If Drew is picking you up there, it would be easier for me to meet you guys there, rather than have him come all the way in to Oak Lawn. Not to mention, I wouldn't be able to make it to my house till 6, which would make it rough to get to Gabe's by 6:30.
Also, are you bringing the big tent?

Chris parking at my house is limited as I live in a townhouse and we only get 2 spaces per family(makes it hard with 4 cars already). I'll see if I can make some arrangements though, done it before. I'll let you know asap on that.
Also the tent can sleep 6 people but I would say no more than 4 for comfort factor. Yes I will bring it. It might be a little stinky as it hasn't been used since the first time I was at campmaxx, but it should be ok.
Drew I wouldn't reall bother with the ramp as the banked turns of the track make pretty good ones!!! Last time a buggy was launched 30 feet into a field with one turn!

as another option Chris, you can park on my street right outside the cul-de-sac. just drive strait to my house from yours.

That could work. I know you said parking was limited by your house Gabe. Another option, depending on what Tune's plans are, is to meet him at his house, and Ride with him from there to your house and hook up with Drew and Tommy from there. I work about 5-10 minutes from Tune's house.
I'm sure we will figure something out before Friday.
