buggy, with used wheels and tires, (proline wabash wheels white and proline crime fighter tires), a new body to bash with, its got a paint job that got f-ed up bad, so i never cut it or mounted it, and the extra option team parts pictured, 225.00 + shipping. its basically a prospec buggy, but with a mix and match of different parts.
buggy also has the updated front arms for more steering, and avid revolution bearings in it. i have an extra stock chassis for it somewhere, if i can find it, will send it with the car. craddock disc brakes as well.
here is the parts list on the car.
mugen mbx5 kit
fioroni parts are:
set of rear toe in plates, anti squat plates(just got them, and never used them), rear shock tower, with a spare front tower, though it does have a slight bend in it, radio/servo tray, front chassis brace, steering plate, upper and lower rear arm holder, ackerman arm.
mugen prospec parts are:
rear hubs and rod ends, rear lower arm holder, 1 piece engine mount, prospec 4mm chassis
k factory parts are:
captured hinge pins, rear chassis brace, and swing away tank mounts. (makes removing tank as easy as pulling two cotter pins).
king heads parts are:
rear strut for chassis brace, center diff top plate, front shock tower, and front lower arm holder.
Thanks

He wants 150 for a motor with a header and pipe, but I don't have that money right now.
Here's some pictures.

It looks well kept or at least well maintained. If you can get it for $225 shipped, then it's probably worth it as a roller. Mugen is a nice brand to have in the stable... if you can find parts.

Considering the kit roller off the shelf new is about $700... this is without engine/pipe/header and electronics. I still don't see $225 being a bad deal.

I want to buy a roller. I don't have the money right now for a RTR, but am in search of a job.

Yes, when I can get it running. I will need starter box, motor/pipe/header, and servos.

What kind of batteries do I need for a starter box?

I think it depends on the starter box... getting one that uses a larger gel cell battery is probably the best option (more power for break-in). I think you can find a few that use dual 6 cell stick packs as well.

yes that buggy looks like a great deal. I would try and jump on that engine if it's in decent shape, an RB S7 is a killer motor. so for $375 you can have a good buggy ARTR, that's a good deal. You can get starter boxes used for cheap.

Tex, he says he has a little less than gallon on the motor. I don't have the extra 150 to get the motor and pipe though.

If you dont buy it, I will. It looks like a great deal.Even though I would probably be over my head with a buggy, I should probably stick with ST. But again looks like a killer deal. Just get it and save up the cash for an engine.

That motor is well worth $150 without the pipe if he really only has 1 gallon on it.
Someone should jump on this. If I had the money I would.

I am jumping on the buggy.
Just wish I had the extra cash to get the motor.
