Where to cut revo chassis?

Where do you cut this for front extention? Please use this pic and take it in paint and draw a line...

The cut section is just in front of the original shock mount holes and just in front of where the stock steering servo mounts are. This chassis is modified (original holes have been cut out after being extended) but the splice in the chassis is where you need to cut it.

Alright. Is that chassis still stock length though? Just looks like someone ran a bead on it lol...

The holes are throwing me off,I still don't get how that chassis would work but it shows me where to extend so it helps, thanks. Smile

You do realize that you need two seperate chassis' to make one extended chassis right?

Yep. I have one that's deano'd and one that is normal and it's gonna look funny though lol.

you will just have two sets of mounting holes after you do it thats all, you just use the ones closest to the front Smile

Compare the shock mount locations realtive to the servo mount openings....stock mounts are near the center of the servo. Extended are near the front of the servo.

Just hold your stock chassis up to the monitor and you'll see it. One's bigger than the other Rolleyes

OHH WAIT I GET IT!!! I'm so proud of myself! You moved the tranny forward, and in turn you had to cut out the second set of holes! haha I finally get it! yaaayy mee!!!
