Those words never left my mouth. It's baseball. I'm a Sox fan. That's it. I'll be a Sox fan if they are in first or last much like you two will be Cubs fans if they are in first or last. I can respect that. Both teams are in first. The Cubs are playing better than the Sox. They have the record in a tough division to prove it. I don't know what else you expect out of Sox fans. I'm sure as hell not going to all of a sudden become a Cub fan. I think acknowledging what they are doing is more than enough. I know we'd all like to see a Cubs vs. Sox WS. The odds of that.... slim to none. One of them will choke.

If you are such a diehard cubs fan maybe you should spend more time rooting for your team and hoping they dont blow it again.Pretty well every team in the NL sucks.If they cant get to the series this year they never will.You spend way to much time trying to convince everyone how bad the Sox are .This whole fucking thread is stupid.

Ryan..... We all get that you think it was a fluke. Teams have ups and downs. Granted, they should have done better the following year. They are doing fine this year. Not great, but good. Sox fans can just say the cubs haven't done anything in 100 years. It's that easy.
