And I've been out of the 1/8 game for a while. I know there is king pin style, PBS..... there is another though too..... I can't remember what kind. LoL The storm is all I need now and the price is right. I will run what I can. In the future I could always get something more up to date.

Chit...LoL I gotta sell some stuff.
Hey well I basically have tires now, my Grandparents offered me $50 in tires if I wanted...So yeah. Tekno EB48.4 HobbyWing XR8 Sanwa M12

Id say stay truggy... Build your skills with what you have... You already have MT stuff. If you look at it from the $$$ standpoint your gonna be ahead...
Dont mess wit my sig Line tune!

I chose the "keep truggy" option also.....FWIW....When I saw you you were doing decent with it.
A Storm is nothing comparred to a K2, sorry but I had to comment about that statement, I can't help it. In regards to what you meant by "equal" I do get what you are saying, you mean you and Matt will be equal in skillz with the equipment you both have to work with. The K2 is leaps and bounds ahead as far as "good" though. Dan, I can't wait to see ya back out on the track man!

i said to get another center diff because i thought it had the truggy gear. so get one with a buggy gear and you would be able to switch them as you pleased.

I know man. I liked my storm I said. If this works out I am going to be very happy. At this point, I don't need the best buggy because I am not the best driver and I can't use the best buggy. (Nor afford it) I sold my first storm getting impatient for the track to open. I can't use more suspension settings. LoL If I get back into it and keep racing, I can get a better buggy when I get more money. I hope I can run anything pretty reliable at this point. Tune's revo is just sick and in all honesty, I kind of miss mine. LoL Go Scale!! ;-)

Yeah, this is pretty cool. I found a most everything for my buggy project. I'm getting everything I need but tires, for $150.

Is that including a .21 motor or no?? As many know I am looking at a good deal for a RTR buggy. I would like to get some things like a rechargeable reciever pack and then maybe sometime a faster steering servo..... I will definitely need tires though.....
