dude thats the point lol for advertising, since i have run outta those reverse printed ones, i have been throwing in regular stickers and nobody puts em on lol...look at Maifield's buggy no czech it out stickers hahhaha dont give em the option of pealing the stickers off lol

Thanks. I think they should look pretty cool. It's nothing more than 2 different font's and a line, but I guess it would still be considered a logo of sorts.

Nice - Looks like maybe they are getting back on track. I spoke with him yesterday, and my Decals are supposed to be shipped today. So now lets hope I get them!

Yeah, they have hired a couple of graphic artists to help out with some of the design stuff. Its all a part of Kevin expanding into other areas in the field. He expected mine to be shipped next week. Can't knock the turn around time so far, it may be better than the old MaxSpeed if there are no glitches.

Ok, so I am finally posting this here in hopes of some recommendations.

1st I would like to ask what in the world has happened to customer service these days? Are people in the printing business just doing so damn well that they feel no need to call back potential customers? They just leave their emails unanswered and never answer their phones? Are they just too good for the business out there to at least give a callback to say they are swamped?

I have unsuccessfully tried to get quotes from Maxspeed Designs, Panther Motor Sports Designs, Kasper Designs, and a few others that I sent emails off too. No one responds! I have sent several to Maxspeed, and even spoke with the guy, gave him my Illustrator file, credit card number, address, etc. He was supposed to run my decals that Saturday and get them off to me Monday. I got busy and forgot about it, 2 weeks went by, and nothing. I was never charged for it, so that is good, but now no one answers the phone or returns emails! What's the deal?

If you are that busy, setup an auto response on your email saying so, and maybe people would be more understanding! This is just rediculous! I am ready to give my business, yet no one wants it.

Not a good way to form a name for yourself! So if anyone has any suggestions on a place that will actually get the job done, please send me in the right direction. And if you know any of these guys above, maybe they need to give it up! Keep running a business like that, and it will go straight into the ground!

That one was MONTHS ago. I sent you 2 recent emails, one on 7/14 and one on 7/24. Mentioning yellow instead of white. Neither emails were responded to.

Well....no Decals yet. I had called early last week, I think on Monday or so, and was told they were going out the next day. So I should have had them by now. And nothing billed yet, and no answer on the phones again...Guess I'll try an email.

Try The Decal Factory (http://www.decalfactory.com). They have done a lot of stickers for HPI and Proline and other big companies. Talk to Jason, he knows what he is talking about. If your going to use it for Nitro, ull need an additional clear coat over the sticker, so the ink doesnt rub off.

Just tried them, they don't do Low Run's. They gave me another number, but no answer. I didn't feel like leaving a message just yet.

Why is it so difficult to get some decals made? I have been checking eBay and am seriously just looking into doing this myself. And from the poor service of others, I could probably get a lot of business!!!!

ya i did and at first he responded really fast, then its like he disapeared im sure he's busy but it only takes 4 or 5 minutes to send an email. Been at least a week.

How did you leave it with him, wher eyou getting a price, or was he designing something or what, just so I know when I get ahold of him later for you.

i sent him a decal design and a TTR wing template for wing numbers. He gave me a price and i sent him an email telling how many i wanted with the template for the wing and i havent heard anything since.
