carb settings for Omega .21 X2

I just put a fairly fresh .21 on my t-maxx and haveing a hard time getting it started it has ran for a second or 2 then dies. does any body know what the HSN and LSN should be on this motor I never got a book for it and can't find one on the web. Any help would be great, Thanks

if that's the midblock .21 dropin then look for setting on a Picco P2 dropin, they are the same motor (along with the wasp dropin)
