I actually now just need the 27mhz am receiver and crystals. I got my old Tq3 to work.

I might have an old 2 channel AM, that you can have (reciever) but it needs an antenna.

We're going camping tomorrow night and won't be back till Monday and I'm not going to bring the mini so I won't need it.

I have a Traxxas TQ. All you need to do is put in batteries. Oh, and fix the broken antenna. And tape the batteries in place because the cover is missing. ANd use a screwdriver to adjust the steering because the knob broke. But other than that its perfect!

Matt just saw a post on the grid, A guy sent in his M8 and they replaced the case and screen and somethin else for 40$ just letting u know in case u something needs to be fixed if u buy this that you can send it in and its cheap

I'm seeing what I can do about my DX2 antenna right now, so I might not need to borrow the m8. Probably will cause knowing me I'll F something up worse while I have the radio apart, but we'll see. Thanks for the info though.

take your time, don't get in no hurry... you'll be fine....


oh yeah, make sure to have a big hammer handy, so when you do screw it up, you have some way to vent your frustrations on the thing
