Cool looks like there's enough interest to do this. I dont know if any of u noticed but there is a sign on the door that says no deliverys (not sure if this applys to our little party) . I could be wrong but Im pretty sure Bernie makes money on the consessions.This is something to consider what do u guys think?

Yes, I was talking to John, he said the parts profit goes to Scott, but all the food is Bernie's own stuff.

Bernie's pizza permit needs renewal as of now though, so he's not making pizzas till he gets it renewed. Right now they have corn dogs, 3 diff. flavs of hot pockets, and breakfast sandwiches.

To be honest. Would one night of just Chitown racing guys make that much of a big deal? I am not saying that to be the dickhead.

But I remember in high school,the lunch ladies didnt get all upset when we ordered from Tony's pizza and not them for the pizza party in class.

+1 Dave, "party fee" should include food....if you don't want the track food, bring your own?
Last time we did this it was $10 (track rental) +pizza money per person.
I say do $15 and get like two food coupons each (for any two items, excluding whole pizzas, or 2 coupons for 1 whole pizza).

As far as food, if we order out for this party, I don't think the track will make any money to be honest.
10 guys at $8 each is $80
1 track employee for 6 hours is going to run the track at least $60-80 if not more excluding electricity. All said and done it will cost the track probably $120+ at their cost.

If we all end up agreeing that we don't want track food then we should all bring a dish from HOME, not a Jewel platter or something.
