Last Friday the parking lot was too wet, and only two other guys showed up and soon left.
The Friday before that, there were about 12 that showed up, and maybe 4 that were driving for the time that I was there.
So yeah, I'd say people are starting to head over there, given that the weather's nice.

The busse bash was on sundays, it hasn't quite taken off. I'm kind of locked into work every weekend for the next 3 weeks.
I'd suggest talking to Tim at Al's Hobby shop. He started the bash and keeps in touch with the regulars.
However Friday nights is the Kohls bash on St Charles rd and Rt 83.

Hey all, "FNG" here. I have been up to busse a few times this year but last week not a soul was there. I plan to roll down there tomorrow and see if anyone might be out. Theres a place up in roundlake 83 and rollins road behind kohl's, outdoor public city made truck and buggy bashin track im going to go check out today. Right next to it theres a BMX track and they say theres 7 to 12 ft jumps. Grayslake hobby shop is less then 3 miles away!

1/4-1/2 mile west on rollins rd from rt 83. The kohls will be on your right hand side... I think theres a citco or a shell gas station where you have to make the right turn. Its directly behind the kohls. They even got a port a shitter there.

Here
Is this the place? I think I can see the track kinda hiding under the trees there.
Not to far from where I work. I might have to check that place out after work one night.

Yea thats the place. Like Thirdgen said "But perhaps there is a larger track further down the parking lot, I see more dirt to the east.
"
Thats the BMX track to the east. I have been there a few times in the last couple of weeks. Good stuff. Any given hour there could be 0-5-12 guys out there bashin. Last time i was there there was a guy with an 8ight going balls out at a 1/2 pipe doing back flips and landing perfect on the grass 10-15 feet behind the 1/2 pipe.
Its not the biggest track but its better than complaining neighbors.

I found this on google looking for some thing else.
Does anyone now what this track is and if it is accessible?

I tend to do the Friday night thing....Sunday's are tough. But I may find time on 7/27. With the SCRC Comp this weekend in Lockport...it is tough to get away from the wife for 2 days.
