good job tex. glad to hear you did so well. you did tell me though, but you didn't tell me you broke in every qualifier. well i went to fastraxx this past weekend for a trophy race and got my a$$ handed to me. i blew up a 3.3 and a eb modded .18(it sucked new out of the box). i actually got my losi8 dialed now. i just flat out got hacked out of that race. i was 5th in the c-main out of 3 mains and couldn't beat 2 bums that were on the stand with me. i had too many flame outs. hopefully i'll be ready on the 1,2,3 of dec.
is anyone going to columbus for the big race in jan.07

thanks kidDynamite! yeah I broke out of every practice and qualifier than finally it started holding together for me when I dropped that TM in there. I have no idea why but with the 3.3 I had I was breaking motor mounts everytime I went out to race.
my revo is gone now though, sold it all. Except the motor of course

Yeah, we almost didnt stay after the first beer, but then some nicer ones came out believe it or not, and we stayed a little longer

it wasnt the 3.3 that was causing your chassis to flex enough to break the carb in half. It was simply just to much flex in the chassis without any good bracing to secure it.

and no wing didn't help..........
3.3's are fast but no matter what anyone says I still don't like them. Not engineered right from the jump (carb too close to spur and engine bearings and rod too small for motor) and did you see Bobbo LTPD on the factory traxxas guys on the strait? that's a tz, little guy
