Right now here in Cary, theres about 2 inches on the ground. The heavy stuff hasn't even started yet though. School has been cancelled for my district already.

None of the schools down here have been cancelled yet except for providence. I can't belive that they are going to be open today, we have a good ince of ICE on our street and driveway. There are tracks going down the street and they are all sliding around. I really hope we don't have to go today for the sake of the kids that have to drive them selves to school. Last year when we should of had a snowday 9or10 kids were involved in a fender bender of some sort.

It just now got cancelled, about 635 was the first time I saw my school. I just feel bad for the people that leave for school at like 615 on a normal day of school to get there on time. I hope they were smart enough to just stay home whether they knew if it was cancelled or not.

Traffic is nuts outside! I just dropped off my parents at the airport. Their flight out to LA got cancelled as we were arriving. They are now booked on a later flight and stuck at the airport until 1pm when the next flight leaves for LA (if they don't cancell that one too). I hope all is good when I leave for LA (8pm).

Thank god I have 4 wheel drive! Driving through all the crap was a breeze to get my parents to the airport. Snow is falling down real good right now outside my house.
