New phone service, what to get?

Seriously though, my next door neighbor and his wife have them Verizon Chocolate phones and they like them so far. They've had them for a month now.

Verizon for around here. They have great coverage at a good price. I have never had roaming charges traveling either. Cingular overall has a little better coverage, but I have not checked out their plans. Down at U of I Cingular gets better reception than my Verizon. I really have no complaints though.

I think most of peoples problems with bad service and dropped calls is due to the phones themselves...just like anything, you get what you pay for.
Cheap chitty phones will give you crappy service.

Most of the time I agree with you, except for the fact that I have one of the nicest cell phones t-mobile offers(so they say) a Blackberry and it's SH@T! The service still sucks and the phone is a pain to use.

As for my sprint phone! LG Fusic, Best phone I ever had! Only problem I ever had with this phone is the limited battery life. Even with a Lithium Ion polymer battery, the battery life is 4 hours if your using the mp3 player or the phone continuely. Also make sure you get one with the newest software. I couldn't view picture messages, the mp3 player would cut out, and after charging the phone would shut off. Once I got the new software everything worked perfectly.

Well, i went and ordered a couple LG Chocolate phones for me and my bird. Letstalk.com had a special rebate for $100 per phone so i got them for free with Verizon with a 700 min family plan, should come out to $80 a month or less. Free shipping and no taxes and $200 in rebates, thats how i like it.

The ol'lady got the Krazr (SP) that thing is cool MP3 player too. OUr warranty girl has the chocolate. Pretty cool chick phone. =)

I got the Black Chocolate (same as the stripper that gave me a lap dance and a case of the clap at the station ) the bird got the mint green. That KZRE (sp) phone is pretty cool too, but the rebate wasnt much, they are on the high dollor mark too.

I just went to google found a pic that worked and used the link in the adress bar and stuck that in between [IMG] 8 [/IMG] putting the address where the 8 is with no spaces.

Also good choice on the LG, usually great phones plus they are number one at producing high quality lcd displays!! Never seen a screen as bright as mine.
