I figured I would post this here also
I have on the truck
Traxxas links
Moab 2.2 tires
Hpi wheels
45t lathe motor
traxxas 2055 servo (front
hitec hs-322hd servo (rear
Unimoger link mounts
traxxas tq rx and tx
Y connector
4 tmaxx shocks
and A metal body pinned on general lee body (temp body i was bored on saturday ok)
The body is just for now i was bored as ever when I did it
The servos Are temp also I need to order the moped esc still.
Before
Then I lowered it for a lower COG and angled the shocks for more flex
Its got a 13inch wheelbase

Then I am going to finish the other side of the chassis today and cut it out for a pede tranny
And the chassis I just ordered is Called a vertical smile and can be found here

looks great, i wish i had the money or know how to build a TLT Crawler. I'm more of a fan of the scale look, but this looks sweet.
E-clips can travel at hundred of miles an hour and increase speed as they bouce off objects...if only mankind could harness this incredible power source.

Its really easy the kit Is 69.99 new from ultimate hobbies with liek 8 bucks shipping if you look on rccrawler there are a right up of how to make a crawler from a tlt

i was about to build almost the same thing as you, then i realized there are NO rocks around my neighborhood or town

same thing for me But my brother goes offroading alot so Ill come and playn with my crawler sometimes LOL but im going to build a rock pit in my backyard

I have to drive out of state to get to good rocks. The rocks are just as close the nearest as the nearest track to me. There is a guy in peoria though that is making a rock course.

Oh that sucks I am making a rock pit thing in my backyard since I cant drive to Comps or anywhere else so This is more of a just mess around with rig

Updation!!!!!
Well I installed my chassis today, I still need today cut the body out more, mount the body, get wideners, and lengthen my driveshafts, also I need alot of other little crap....
