2 of my buddies went to the Losi race in florida and hung out with Thrue quite a bit, they still AOL IM eachother and Thrue says this motor is suppose to be the chit. He says its got a little less bottom than the 21+7T but it has slightly more topend, its what he runs now he ran a 21+7T in Florida.

I thought that was wierd also but that 7 port has crazy bottom end. There are 3 guys that run them at our track and I have driven one in an 8B with a 14cb and its WAY too much bottom for that. Really fun to drive though. I'm wanting to buy the JP Mod 21+7 for my 5T.

Sweet. When i was takin to bess he said the 21-7 wouldnt do well in a truggy. Which kept me from buying... Well forget him! LOL

If you get one for the truggy I'd get the turbo plug version. Fusion and PDL claim it is less linear, more abrupt power than the non turbo. They said the non turbo is smoother and is ideal for the buggy.
