Wow thanks that was a quick reply!!! you definitely know your ****
I have no clue how old it is. have they changed the design of it? Just want to know if i have to search for older parts or will new parts fit it?...
Could i easily drop a Traxxas motor in it?

yes it's older and yes they've changed the design a bazillion times. now it is shaft drive. I think a trx motor would fit no problem. you def need the 2 sp upgrade though lol

I was doing some browsing on ebay is there a difference in the nitro rs4 and super nitro rs4? Or is this just going to be a waste of money to get this thing running?

i'm not sure if it is the Super Nitro, that is 17" long mine is measuring in at 14". I'm guessing it is one of HPI's discontinued cars but i cant find it on their site. some llok similar but none of them have the silver chassis..

Thats the one i thought it might be but i didnt think this thing was that old. 1998 car of the year though... God i feel so privileged to be the owner of this now POS... Anyone want to buy it (1998 Car of the Year) that should be enough to make anyone want it..
Maybe i will throw an old motor in it and just beat the crap out of it...
