Werks TL .21 B3-Engine has 1 and 1&1/2 gallons of werks 30%.
Novarossi .21 BF-Engine has just under three gallons of byrons 30%

Not quite sure on the novarossi becuase I really can't grip the crank to try and turn it over, but the werks is good. You can turn it over, but then again some people say they can turn over a brand new werks engine.

I was able to turn mine over. It seemed weird but ran like a raped ape so I didn't let it bother me. Great deals man.
