I really like the idea of having $XXX to spend through Joe. Maybe have a few things there that we could choose from but have others as well that we could get at a later time or have shipped. I think any of the current "flavors" would go over well.

Does Joe have an RC8 in stock?
I was choosing from his list of "in stock" items so he doesn't have to buy a kit to raffle.

How about we do the raffle.
$10.00 per ticket. Buy as many as you like.
Have 4 winners,
1st Place gets 75%
2nd Gets 10%
3rd Gets 5%
4th Gets 5%
Example,=
50 tickets sold at $10 = $500.00
1st 75% = $375.00 In Merhandise.
2nd 10% = $50.00 Cash
3rd 05% = $25.00 Cash
4th 05% = $25.00 Cash
------------------
GT 95% = $475.00,
That way everyone can start buying tickets now.
Need not be present to win.
For those who show up, The raffle will be drawn at 8:30
If not there for the drawing, Winners will be posted here as soon as someone gets home to post it.

I kind of like that idea because it has multiple winners, but I really like the other method because you KNOW your odds right up front. While your odds still won't be worse for the second option necessarily, I always like to know up front. JMO of course.

The only problem with the other way is.
You cant start the raffle until there are enough tickets sold To meet the dollar amount of prize.
Last time it took most of the night to sell enough tickets.
But Either way is fine with me.
Whatever works for the majority of the people is what we will do.
Please give your input.

Well, we can't really change the admission price now. But just think of it this way. You can spend 15 bucks for food and fun on a closed track. Thats way cheaper than tickets and food at a movie. Bring along a few extra bucks for the most entertaining raffle and you have a whole evening of fun and excitement at a bargain price.

Thats the date I gave to Bernie. The time is the same as last time, 5:30 - 10:30. I think we can use either indoor or outdoor tracks.
