only problem I had with not having something plastic in the chub system, is if you hit something hard enough, I sheared a toe block on my LSP. but on second though it has aluminum A-arms. nm, lol
LSP lots of Khz, Werks .28 8 port.

you know what....
to be honest, i do have one issue with the aluminum hubs and carriers. on one side the machining wasnt done to well and it kinda binds. no big deal....easy fix, but still an issue. i did expect better craftmanship, but you dont always get that with losi

Rob is far harder on the car than normal racing. Double backflips, pounding into the ground from 30ft jumps, etc...
Basically he jumped a house or two every sunday, except it was without the house.
Course I did the same to my Jammin buggy, and it has held up amazingly well. Its always been bullet proof.

^^ well, im takin "care" of this motor just to see how long itll last. im doin stuff like movin the piston to BDC during cool down, after run oil after done runnin for the day, keepin it clean, i even installed an on-board thermometer to make sure i have it tuned correctly at all times,0 installed an in line fuel filter and three stage air filter.
so there shouldnt be any excuses why this thing wont last.
so if it does last....then this may be the engine that i buy from now on

keep the os on the rich side with a good fuel and it will last you. josh
joe,and i been runnin for over 8 gallons. the os is only a three port motor
and they slow down on top end before they will lean bog. if it seems slow
on top end richin the high speed ,always error to the safe side, if its no
better then lean . even after many years of this ill still have my pit man
richin 2 hours and see if its anyfaster. keep an eye on the crankpin
when the motor doesnt get enough oil to this it will wear very fast and
it wont be long till the bushing and the crank are so worn that the rod
will slap the bottom of the case and split the motor open like a walnut.
if you cant win with an os its not the motor thats holding youback
